What would an ad agency know about a group of clinical services versus a true hospital service line?
You might be surprised. Typically, hospitals offer exceptional care in a particular clinical area, like Heart care, Cancer treatment, Pediatrics or Orthopedics. Our client was no different. They had developed a constellation of award winning heart services. We facilitated a great deal of success by presenting these services to the community as an integrated care delivery system. This virtual service line successfully weaved together an Emergency Chest Pain Center, outpatient heart catheter labs and minimally invasive heart bypass surgery. The outcome not only enhanced the national award winning regional heart center, but the overall hospital. The marketing effort included print, broadcast, billboard, event planning, public relations and internal training and marketing.
A similar program was designed to collaboratively position multiple hospital clinical services to create the perception of a virtual Women's Health and Breast Care Center.
