Is it possible to be too big? Not if you keep everything in perspective. Our client, through a merger that brought together the industries two largest suppliers, is the largest supplier of specialty fabric and related products. But they haven’t forgotten who helped them get there. And we saw an opportunity to remind their customers of that fact. We produced their new 3 pound, 489 page, 12,500 product, 'bible of the industry' catalog and applied one little, but critical touch. The cover headline reads “Large enough for 12,526 products. Personal enough to know you”. On opening the catalog, the reader finds it has been personalized, with their name, from their sales rep. Just a little reminder that nothing has changed, except an unmatched selection of products to help them grow.
