We listened as they beamed about their great heart services, their outstanding pediatrics unit, and their ability to service the community with urgent care clinics. They saw it as three separate benefits of the hosptial to the community. We saw it as a lifelong relationship of helping with minor cuts, bruises and scratches to emergency and life-threatening situations. So we combined three of their business strategies into one marketing strategy and developed the “Where to go now” campaign with copy and visuals that were both fun and pointed to stand out from the competition. The campaign was wildly effective by not only combining budgets and saving money, but driving additional traffic to the community urgent care clinics and improving hospital brand recognition. The campaign included print ads, posters, outdoor and radio.
