Mitchell Allen, a Cleveland-based multi-disciplinary marketing, communications and branding firm, has increased its staff with a new addition in order to meet the increasing demands of the agency. Michael Paulus has joined the firm as vice president/account services.
An experienced marketing and communications professional, Paulus joins Mitchell Allen as vice president/account services, and will focus on strategy, branding, account management and business development.

Paulus has led a broad range of successful marketing, communications and business development initiatives in both agency and corporate roles. His experience includes agency management positions at advertising, integrated marketing communications and public relations agencies. On the corporate side he has served as CMO at a law firm and a franchise company, and has managed marketing and communications for a variety of organizations.
A resident of Rocky River, Ohio, Paulus holds a BFA from Ohio University. He is a board member and Vice President of Public Relations for Sales and Marketing Executives International/Akron, a delegate of NOCA (Northeast Ohio Communications Advocates) and a member of the American Marketing Association.
